1.1 Should You decide that You no longer require the Goods, You may request to return the Goods to Us, providing such request is sent to Us within 7 (seven) days of the Order.
1.2 It is at Our absolute discretion as to whether We accept Your request to return the Goods and any Goods must be returned unused and unopened and in a resaleable condition.
1.3 You are liable for the cost of any Goods returned to Us.
1.4 Notwithstanding the above, if the Goods have been made at Your request, or to a tailored or modified specification and as such are not what We would consider as Our standard “off the shelf product” then You will be unable to return these Goods to Us.
